Warrior/Caregiver Signup
This registration is exclusively for individuals who have been diagnosed with sickle cell disease or for a designated caregiver of a person with sickle cell disease. If you are a caregiver, it is necessary for you to accompany someone who has sickle cell disease. This ticket grants access for one individual, includes dinner, and offers a complimentary masterclass. All sickle cell warriors who are under 18 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
